Product Overview

Diatomite pre-coating equipment coats diatomite on filter cartridges. The filter pump sends contaminated coolant into filter cartridges and pressurizes the liquid. Dirty liquid is forced through filter elements, while solid impurities and pre-coated diatomite are intercepted on the surface of filter cartridges. Purified coolant flows out through pipelines. When internal pressure hits the set threshold, filtration is suspended. Compressed air performs backwashing on filter cartridges. After the system completes filtration and residue drying, clean coolant flows back to the sewage tank, and filter residues mixed with diatomite are discharged into residue collection carts. Filter cartridges support automatic backwashing and repeated use.
